Night watchmen: their contact details will be sent to you by email when the last newsletter is sent 7 days before the camp starts.
Can I come with a pet ?
Yes. Dogs and other pets are allowed in the bar. However, they must be on a leash and under the permanent supervision of the owner.
Is there a parking lot reserved for visitors of the Alaïa Chalet?
Yes, a free parking of 100 spaces is available for visitors. Parking is also available for buses and coaches.
When do you organise Camps at Alaïa?
Alaïa offers camps throughout the year for adults or children.
The camps for children aged between 8 and 17 take place during school holidays in autumn, winter, spring and summer. The periods are as follows:
Christmas / New Year:

- from 28 December 2020 to 1 January 2021
- from 14 to 20 February 2021
- from 21 to 27 February 2021
- from 28 February to 6 March 2021

When is the Alaïa Lodge Hotel opening planned for?
At this stage, we are planning an opening during the 2020/2021 winter season, but the exact date is still to be confirmed. Hopefully February 2021 but hey, you never know 😉
What should I plan on my first visit?
Depending on the area visited, here are the elements to consider:
Skatepark area: if you have your own equipment, take it with you. If necessary, equipment is available for hire (skate, scooter, BMX, ski and snowboard on wheels) and protections (helmets, elbow pads and knee pads) are provided free of charge. It is important to wear clothes adapted to the practice of sport.
Trampoline/gym area: To use trampolines, non-slip socks or rhythmic socks are mandatory. If you do not have any equipment, pairs of socks (reusable) are available at the cash desk for CHF 3.00. Clothing adapted to the practice of sport (training or shorts) is recommended.
What are the important rules to know? During your first visit, our coaches will give some explanations on the rules of use of the infrastructures. A short film is also available for consultation and gives the first important basics – video. Detailed rules can also be found here: rules links
Do I have to sign a waiver? Children under 16 years of age must have a parent or legal guardian sign a waiver of responsibility. Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
How do I get to Alaïa Chalet by public transport?
To come to Alaïa Chalet by public transport, there are 2 bus lines stopping close to our centre.
From Sion station, take bus line 353, direction ” Crans-sur-Sierre ” and get off at the stop ” Lens, centre d’art “. About 10 minutes on foot.
From Sierre station, take bus line 421, direction ” Montana ” and get off at the stop ” Lens, place de la Scie “. Stop in front of the centre
